Your use of the e6game Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and e6game.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind such person or entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" shall refer to that person or entity and to you individually.
You acknowledge that these Terms may be amended by e6game at any time in accordance with Section 15 (Amendments). Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended terms.
To register and maintain an account on e6game, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's existence:

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on e6game at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and phone number.
Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. e6game strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any available two-factor authentication options.
e6game will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
e6game applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention standards. KYC verification may be required at registration, prior to first withdrawal, upon reaching specified transaction thresholds, or at any other time determined by the Operator in its reasonable discretion.

KYC review timelines vary depending on document quality, the volume of submissions being processed and any additional compliance checks required. e6game will endeavour to complete standard KYC reviews within a reasonable timeframe. Users will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address.

These may include mobile wallet services such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant payment rails such as Raast, and bank transfer options including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT may also be available.
Withdrawals from your e6game account are subject to the completion of KYC verification, adherence to applicable wagering requirements and compliance with the Operator's AML obligations.
From time to time, e6game may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, reload bonuses, referral rewards and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. The specific terms, wagering requirements, minimum odds, expiry dates and eligible games for each promotion are set out in the applicable promotion terms, which form part of these Terms by reference.
Any attempt to exploit, abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other Users, placing offsetting bets, or using automated systems to meet wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
All wagers placed on e6game are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant betting market, game or event. These rules are available within the respective game or sportsbook section of the Platform.
Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 and ICC tournament markets are prominently featured on e6game. References to these events are made in a sporting context only. e6game does not hold or claim any affiliation with, or endorsement from, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any cricket team or franchise.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, publish or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of e6game.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e6game, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, the Services, or any content therein.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
e6game reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Users via the Platform or registered email address prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last published. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed, as disclosed in the Operator's official licensing documentation.
Users in Pakistan are advised that this choice of governing law does not override mandatory protections available to them under applicable Pakistani law. e6game does not represent that the Platform complies with Pakistani law, and access to the Platform from Pakistan is undertaken solely at the User's risk and legal responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as an attempt by e6game to contract out of consumer protection obligations applicable under mandatory provisions of local law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
